Celebrating Constitutional Day: Honoring India's Democratic Spirit

Model English High School celebrated Constitutional Day (Samvidhan Divas) on November 26th with great enthusiasm to commemorate the adoption of the Indian Constitution and pay tribute to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, the principal architect of our Constitution. The celebration began with a solemn Preamble reading ceremony where students collectively recited the foundational principles of justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity. Students participated in various engaging activities including poster making competitions, slogan writing on fundamental rights and duties, quiz competitions on constitutional facts, cultural performances depicting the drafting journey, and special assemblies featuring speeches on democracy and national values. The program concluded with students taking an oath to uphold constitutional values and singing the National Anthem, instilling a deep sense of patriotism and civic responsibility.
